Are you studying at the UvA and do you need help with your assignment, paper, essay or thesis? The UvA Writing Centre offers various forms of academic writing support free of charge.

The Writing Centre offers courses, workshops and individual tutoring sessions for all UvA students who wish to improve their academic writing skills in English. These services are available for both native and non-native English speakers. If you are looking to improve your academic Dutch writing skills, please check out the courses offered by the Schrijfcentrum.

Need help right now? Go to the Purdue Online Writing Lab, which provides an enormous number of resources on the writing process, from grammar, vocabulary and punctuation to structure, citation and argumentation.
