A refund is only possible if written cancellation is received at least four weeks before the start of the course. A ten percent administration charge will be deducted from each refund. • If there are less than 8 applicants for a group, the group will be cancelled. Those who have already paid the course fee will be completely refunded.

*This reduced fee applies to students in the framework of bilateral exchange programmes of the UvA, to students participating in international bachelor, master or PhD programmes of the UvA and to UvA staff.
